Your manager or role play manager is satisfied with your outline but requires a financial capability page to be included. The purpose is to indicate the financial viability and stability of the company as well as it's project scope capacity. This must be in a word table format. (The data may be fictitious but realistic)They also require at least one picture relevant to the business on each pageNow produce a first draft of your capability statement in Word or PDF and upload below.(Note you may wish to draft in MS publisher - in this case you must upload the .pub file and a Word or PDF version)
Summative assessment activity
Note to studentsUsing the enter key repeated to create a new page in MS word is an exceptionally bad practice (diabolical to be frank).
PLEASE do not do this - it will cost you countless hours of redrafting due to formatting and pagination issues.
Word stores most of its formatting information for the preceding sentence etc in the para graph mark ... on your ribbon that's the funny little thing that looks like a backward P or a music symbol.
When you hit enter you drag down all the stored information. Fine if you are typing text but a menace when you've manually created a heading then have to reverse it to type.
Use BREAKS to create new sections and new pages ... it saves nightmares in complex documents.
Google using MS word breaks.
Likewise creating styles is what a word processor is all about.
Again "Google" STYLES in MS word; your life will be forever easier.
