International Business Case Study

This is a group assessment – Case study report.

Students will form groups of three to four members and will be allocated a specific industry, from which to choose a company upon Lecturer’s approval. Depending on the company’s scope, students will analyse the whole or part of their international operations.

They may adopt the following contents and structure:

• A brief background and introduction to the industry and the company.
• Discuss the international expansion of this business. They will discuss about the environment, will do the SWOT analysis. Here they will mention the mode of operation. Business strategy.

The report should have the following key parts

Within the introduction, body and conclusion sections, sub-headings can be included as you deem fit. Also, a relevant title must be provided for the body section and the sub-headings included in the body. You will do proper academic research by using relevant and authentic sources. More than 15 references should be provided. You will follow Harvard referencing style to provide references of your report.

Please make sure that turnitin similarity does not exceed 15%.

Research expectation:

• The submission needs to be supported with information by credible sources.
• Credible sources should be variareed and include, but not limited to, the Textbook, Government reports, Industry reports, Newspaper articles, Books, and Journal articles.
• Use the EBSCO Databases accessed through the Library and Learning Support page on Moodle to find journal articles, case studies and more to help you prepare your assessment. Speak with the library assistants or email (support@aih.nsw.edu.au) if you require further assistance.
