KIT324/KIT730 Workshop 4 Process Analysing
Business Analysts need to be able to analyse a process to identify possible process challenges and innovations.
Prior to completing this template you must have listened to the new interview supplied for workshop and you may want to re-listen to the interviews provided for previous workshops and reviewed the supplied process model.
KIT324/KIT730 Workshop 4 will involve forming a small team and jointly analysing a process to identify the problems using the five levels of analysis (Activity, Personnel, IT Support & Infrastructure, Business Rules, Process) and the four lenses of analysis (Frustration, Time, Cost, Quality).
Prior to the workshop you should complete this individual task.
Task
After listening to the interviews provided for all the workshops identify five (5) problems/issues that the interviewees have identified as problems with the process OR problems that you have identified (or experienced as a student) with the timetable process.
