3. Conduct the interview: Students will be required to conduct the interview either in person or remotely using video conferencing tools. Zoom. Msteams etc. Record the interview and take notes.
4. Create a podcast or video. Students will be required to create a podcast or video that showcases the insights of the educational leader. The podcast or video should be engaging, informative and well-produced.
5. Submit the final product. Students will be required to submit their final product on the due date along with a written report on what they learned from the interview,

Writing Requirements

1. use century gothic font, size 11.
2. set the line spacing to 1.5.
3. justify the text.
4. include a cover page with the title of your analysis, your group member's name, course code and file, course instructor, and submission date.
5. use section headings to organize your reflection,
6. . use in-text citations and a reference list in the citation style required, apa style of referencing
7. include a word count at the end of your group reflection,
8. only group representative must submit the task in the designated submission section.
