I mostly worked in a warehousing and manufacturing companies. I worked in companies like Coles, WINC and RWC. in these companies, i was working as a voice picker. I was picking orders and preparing them for shipment. Please be specific. What was the name of the company and what was your role? My most recent work is working with WINC, its an office supply store. Whats your role? What I enjoyed most about this work is that it is a very strong multicultural environment

However, what I enjoyed least about this work is that theres no finishing time, some days might be 10pm other days 1am (positive at the end) What are your interests outside of work and uni?

Outside of work and uni I really enjoy staying home and just relax for the weekend, or as simple as going for a dinner with friends

Short time career goals, to secure this internship and gain professional experience. In 5 years, I want to graduate uni and have a permeant position that related to my degree.

Why did you choose to study your particular degree at uni?

How do you organise your day? How do you keep track of deadlines?

I organise my day by planning and writing down in my notes what I have to get done first and tick off as I go. I keep track of my deadlines using the calendar app on my phone which also sends me reminders. More details necessary.What subjects are you favourite? Why? An area of improvement for me would be Public Speaking. Im not good at speaking in front of people, but Im confident with the courses and training Im doing that I will get better. Situation I was a member of a team organising participating in a community event organising team. I like being a part of a team, and I discover that having a team behind me at work makes me more productive.

Action - We met as a group every morning until the event day but also made sure to take short breaks in between to refocus before coming together to end the day. What did you do when you met with the group? What did your planning involve? Result - The event went smoothly, and we were successful in achieving both our group's and individuals' goals. What were these goals? What broader lessons did you learn about teamwork and communication from this situation?Tell me about a time you displayed initiative.

Situation - I remember an incident from my previous work at a warehouse. One of my co-workers was away for the night shift, I could see that the workload was exceptionally high that night.

Task Doing overtime Thethe task is the thing that has caused you to take action.Action because of the intense workload, I approached my boss and suggested to stay at work for four more hours to assist my co-workers working the night shift. Then what did you do to ensure you completed all your tasks? More details necessary.Result - Despite the fact that I had spent the eight hours prior standing up, I was obviously exhausted, I believed it was the proper thing to do. It was also nice to see I motivated my co-workers to stay longer and help other finish the work. What broader lessons did you learn about taking initiative and showing leadership?Tell me about a time when you were under a lot of stress. How did you stay on top of all your tasks and responsibilities?

Situation I had quite few tests during last semester, and because of the pressure, I did not do as well as I might have.

Task University exams

Action - I felt under pressure and I realized I needed to take time for myself and minimize stress. Much more detail necessary here. What kind of study plan did you arrange? Result It definitely helped me improve my concentration and boosted my energy, so I was able to do more and put more effort after my little break. What broader lessons did you learn about stress and time management?Tell me about a time you had to work with someone who you did not get along with.

Situation - I found it difficult to work with my supervisor in my recent job. I didnt get any training from my supervisor, I had to ask my co-workers few things to get me going.

Task - The supervisor expected me to know everything the 2nd day where I had no previous experience with.

Action - Having said that, I enjoy learning new things, and I wanted to get into it, and get the job done.

Result - I stayed two hours overtime every day during the first week to stay on top of my tasks which worked for me and learned almost everything I needed to do to get my job done. This question is asking you to demonstrate positive conflict resolution and communication skills. Situation I solved a challenging problem In my business marketing class at university. , I was responsible to com up with a marketing plan

Task As part of a Group project, I was required to come up with a marketing plan (for what? Give more details).Action So I created a marketing plan which is social media to promote our plans and products. Fitst we advertised our products to reach more audience and then we made sure we share creative visual content for better engagement. What did the plan involve? Explain what you needed to do to complete it. Show the interviewer you took action to solve the problem.Result We saw the power and the impact that social media has for marketing nowadays. The tutor enjoyed the marketing plan and will likely recommend it for the future class. I learned that problem solving is a skill that is used in every aspect of our lives, from personal relationships to professional careers What broader lessons did you learn about problem solving?
