The soft copy of the assignment has to be submitted in typed format Times New Roman, Font size 13, All aligned , 1.5 spacing with the title page as separately shared. The plagiarism policy of the University will be applicable. The word limit of the assignment should be 1800-2000 words.

First Phase: identify the following clauses

Pricing Methodology

Dispute Resolution

Stakeholders of the project / Contracting Parties

Model of Project (i.e., BOT or EPC etc.)

Which other contracts will be required to execute your project? (mention in brief with reasons)

List down the terms you will negotiate with the contracting parties

Second Phase:

Select any two terms and negotiate it with the other contracting party. The negotiation skills must be presented in the classroom in the allotted schedule. The team can decide the team members for this role play and mention other team members contribution for the same.
