Essay Option 2)
The rise of the blended workforce is one of the top global trends reshaping business. A blended workforce combines a variety of people on different contracts within one organisation: permanent staff (full-time or part-time), fixed-term or casual employees, temporary agency workers, contractors and freelancers. In this essay, discuss the challenges that managing a blended workforce can pose for HRM. In your answer, also cover ways in which these challenges could be addressed.
General requirements to be followed for the assignment.
You should try and plan your assignment and write in paragraphs (not dot point form!).
Once you have an idea of what you want to say (i.e. a list of key points, issues or themes), you need to organise them into a logical sequence. What key terms need defining? What point should come first, second, third etc?
Paragraphs should be based around one key idea and try and look for links between ideas to help you develop a flow in your writing.
It is a good practice to begin each paragraph with a sentence that tells the reader what the paragraph is about.
Use further sub-headings sparingly (as these tend to break up the flow of your writing).
