The local municipal council where you live has launched a request for proposal, and is calling for a consultancy to conduct a feasibility study on a new sporting venue. The council has earmarked US $100 million for the development and is expecting a commensurate if not better return.
Using your knowledge from Module 1 as well as additional wider reading, make whatever assumptions you deem necessary as you create a precis feasibility analysis for the proposed sporting facility. This precis will form the basis of the proposal you will later put to council as you vie to be the appointed consultant to perform the actual feasibility study. You should outline your methodology, making appropriate justifications for key methodology design points.

Instructions
