You will need to plan your selected project using an agile approach and prepare a report based on portfolio artefacts created in Jira. This report should be based on planning at least three project sprints of suitable length and should include the following sections:

You are required to set a minimum viable product (MVP) outcome at the start of each sprint for your selected project. While it can be very tempting to be caught up in the details of your project, be clear how you can meet the minimum requirements of it being usable. Document the MVP and its rationale in your report before your start each sprint. You need to make assumptions at the end of each sprint as to whether the MVP has been met before setting priorities for the following sprint.  
3.Jira user stories 
You are required to 1) create user stories using the agile syntax in Jira for the tasks that need to be completed as part of the project. You will also need to 2) prioritise user stories and 3) assign story points reflecting the estimated effort. Your user stories should be focused on a range of end-user in the context of your selected project but should also include issues aimed at planning the sprints and preparing your report artefacts to provide you with another dimension of using Jira to organise your assessment work! As a final output in your report, you need to show and comment on the user stories created in Jira, explain how priorities were set and provide a brief justification on what basis story points have been allocated. 
4.Backlog and burndown charts 
Your user stories will form the backlog of your project. You will need to prioritise your user stories each week from the project backlog to assign them to each sprint. You are required to show and comment on artefacts of your project backlog and burndown charts. 
5.Conclusion  
Please include a brief ‘retrospective’ on what you have learned from applying agile to your selected project.Please ensure that your project report demonstrates an understanding of Modules 2 and 3. Your report is expected to be no longer than 3,500 words and to be presented in a professional manner. You may include an Appendix with screenshots from Jira to showcase additional details your work. You will be provided with constructive feedback on whether or not your report demonstrates insights into the needs of the project.
