• Which is PICO – In older patients(P) does pressure area care and self- inflating matters(I) verses not doing it in daily intervention(C) can reduce skin breakdown(O) in time frame of 2 months(T).

Evidence search (200-300 words)

• Now we need these 6 articles those are best evidence eg. Systematic reviewed, randomised control…. We need to search and we search need to make history how we found them from CINAL, pub-med by using synonyms, key words, Boolean operators, publication years , database we used to find them. Only for these 6 not for 4 other we used in introduction. That will be our APPENDIX A that we attach at end of assessment.
• So in that section we are going to write place of our 6 articles in hierarchy of evidence pyramid-NHMRC or JBI of evidence – look in asseesment tab for this ( under general evidence based practice information)
• Write how these articles match to PICO and rationale for choosing these articles -do they have same papulation, intervention, outcome or comparison.
• One article shoul be systematic reviewed
• AND now we also fill our summary table which is our APPENDIX B

Part 2(700 words)

• In this section now we are going to do critical appraisal using CASP for what we can do google search for CASP tools and in which we need to do critical appraisal tool we need to fill different forms for 6 articles based on what type of they are randomised control, systematic reviewed, case study ….. and when we filled up these form the criteria we got for our 6 articles we going to explain for all of them in that section such as this article is randomised control study and reliable what finding this have and how we can apply those in practice.
• Synthesis is that at the end they all our talking about same thing and what is common in them.
• Also out of 6 we need to find one best article and tell why it is best support t with CASP result. And tell how it address out PICO

Recommendations for practice (300 words)

• Discuss factors related to organization and individual health care professional that act as barrier and explain limitations of evidence found may affect readiness for implementation to practice
• Describe strategies that would facilitate the uptake of evidence and its application in practice.
