Each deliverable is explained in detail below.

They are working in an organization which has 9 or more employees.

Their role requires them to interact with other people in a team.
The ideal interviewee needs to feel comfortable with you to be able to share the achievements and challenges theyve experienced regarding their team dynamics and conflict resolution strategies, leadership styles and how they manage politics, the culture of the organization, etc.
STEP 3: Review Your List of QuestionsThe template file contains a list of questions for you to ask your interviewee. Each interviewees personality and job description is different, so you may wish to add more questions to this list to provide clarity on your interviewees situation. It should highlight each of the different sections within your full report. The reader should understand at a high level all the concepts and recommendations within the full report. This section is about three to four paragraphs in length.
PRO TIP: If your boss only read this section, they should know at a high level who was interviewed and a brief description of organization, what the main strengths, challenges, and recommendations in the report but would not know any of the details.
PRO TIP: Complete this section last.
Section 2: Interview Results (approx. 500 words)This section is an analysis of the interview. The following sub sections should be included:

Strengths Identified in the Interview
ProblemsIdentified in the Interview

ProblemsIdentified in the Interview
Identify and describe a minimum of two (2) challenges you identified in your interview. Connect the challenges to in-depth OB concepts covered in the textbook.
PRO TIP: Open the file titled OB Concepts Cheat Sheet. Connect the strengths and weakness identified by your interviewee to all in-depth concepts in this list.EXAMPLE: During the interview, your interviewee said they were confused about how to complete a task for their job, so they asked for clarification from their boss. The in-depth concept is Voice which is found on page 94 because they voiced their concern.
Section 3: OB Concepts Linked to the Organization (approximately 800 words)This section is where you go into detail and describe how and why the OB concepts identified in Section 2 connect to your interviewees experiences. A minimum of four (4) OB conceptsshould be explored in this section that you have linked to your interview findings.
PRO TIP: Take the in-depth concepts and the hierarchy you identified in section 2 and explain how and why they connect. EXAMPLE CONT.: Voice is a response to how people express dissatisfaction which falls under Job Satisfaction (p. 90) which is an Attitude (p. 89) that your interviewee expressed.State both in-depth concept Voice and explain how and why its a relevant concept based on the hierarchy in which it falls into such as job satisfaction, and attitude.NOTE: Voice with the explanation of job satisfaction, and attitude is only one (1) in-depth concept. You will need to find more in-depth concepts to be eligible for full grades.
Section 4: Recommendations (approximately 500 words)This section is where you will provide a minimum of three recommendations on how the interviewees leadership can change their actions to improve organizational behaviour. Each recommendation needs to be from a different chapter of the textbook.
Each recommendation should be an actionable goal that is specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-bound (SMART Goal).
NOTE: Concepts in Chapter 7 Communication must be paired with an action to be considered a recommendation. All actions are found in the file titled OB Concepts Cheat Sheet and are designated with a star symbol .
PRO TIP: Start by stating the desired outcome (what is your objective), state the SMART Goal, then provide you analysis on why this action is the best recommendation compared to other actions.EXAMPLE: To decrease employee turnover, leadership will [state the action in detail], [state how they will achieve it], [state how long the process will take], [state how they will measure success]. Provide your reason of why this is the best recommendation.
