You will explore your own biases, assumptions, and pre-existing beliefs as well as what you think may be any gaps in knowledge.
Annotated bibliography: your task is to identify and summarize a minimum of three CRAAP tested, evidence-based sources of information from Canadian and regional sources wherever possible on your topic. The summary will be three sentences long and will address content; value; takeaway.
Professional Growth: your task is to reflect on how this learning impacts you as a professional who supports and advocates for children and their families.
Note: this portion of the assignment will be a confidential submission to be reviewed by the professor only.

Serve as a visual representation of your understanding of the information, data, and lived experience of the marginalized group (e.g., how myths and misconceptions lead to exclusion, power differentials, and othering).
Be presented in a cohesive, concise and informative manner.
Serve as a teaching tool to promote critical thinking
Have a compelling, organized visual layout.
