ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Scenario: You are to analysis the role of Project Management within an organisation and how this links to the overall business strategy as well as to analyse how internal and external factors would influence project management. There is a requirement for you to use sound arguments based on research.
Focus: Apply the knowledge that you have learnt so far regarding the role of projects in the achievement of business strategy and examining issues related to project planning and control activities.
