I had to fill out a questionnaire for this research on my smartphone use, social media worries, psychological needs, responses to frustration, psychological well-being, personality, and ideas. The purpose of this study is to look at the relationship between problematic phone use and phubbing and psychological issues. The data gathered will be used to better understand problematic smartphone use and the mechanisms that support it. It may potentially be applied in upcoming investigations into the cognitive mechanisms connected to psychological discomfort and inappropriate smartphone use.

I had to fill out a questionnaire for this study on my gastrointestinal and urine symptoms, my encounters with urinary and faecal incontinence, and how these affect my anxiety, dysfunctional attitudes, and psychological discomfort. Using socio-cognitive mechanisms to explain incontinence anxiety is the goal of this study. According to the study's information sheet, little is known about incontinence anxiety and the psychological factors that may contribute to it. Researchers will have a better knowledge of how people with incontinence anxiety think after reading this study. It also mentioned how uncomfortable certain inquiries about incontinence could be, despite the fact that they are a typical occurrence. Considering the wellbeing of participants, we may answer the surveys in the peace of our own homes while maintaining total anonymity. Since this study is only being done for research purposes, there are no incentives or prizes for doing it. Participants' risk is therefore reduced because there are no advantages for them.

I also responded to inquiries about worries about contamination, social anxiety, and anxiety about using the bathroom. The goal of this study is to gain a better understanding of how socio-cognitive processes may account for the anxiety levels linked with different toilet choices in public toilets. As per the participant information sheet, all information is strictly confidential and cannot be used to identify any individual. To protect the participants' confidentiality & privacy, the answers will be stored anonymously and only the researchers will have access to the data. The questions revolved around a subject that can make it difficult for people to open up or be stressful. Additionally, I have improved my time management abilities by finishing this unit while juggling other assignments, a placement, employment, and other responsibilities. To do all of my work on time, I have had to prioritise jobs, plan ahead, utilise timetables, and be organised. Additionally, I improved my communication, cooperation, and teamwork abilities by taking part in discussion board activities and collaborative sessions where I had to work with my classmates to respond to a prompt or a teammate's opinion.
