Please do not hang upeven if you are on hold as a service ticket will be raised once the call is answered. This service ticket will be your evidence of an issue occurring.
Questions about the Exam.
Have an email session open on your PC throughout your exam.If you require clarification of any question in the exam, you shouldcontact your Course Coordinator via email. Ensure you do this in a new web browser window or a dedicated email client to ensure you are not logged out of the exam. This can occur at any time during the exam period.

Tips
Make sure your laptop is plugged into mains power and fully charged prior to your exam in the case of any power interruptions in your local area.
If you lose internet connectivity, consider tethering your device to your mobile phone internet as a backup.
Login to your learnonline (Moodle) course site at least 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled exam to be ready and prepared.
If a link to your exam does not automatically appear in your browser at the scheduled start time, refresh your browser and the link should appear.
Use the additional hour wisely for review, and try to complete and submit your exam at least 5 minutes before the scheduled end time to avoid any potential upload or submission issues.
