Task description:Students are to read the Case Scenario, available in the Assessment 2 folder on Blackboard. Based on the information provided in the case scenario only, students are to (i) undertake a strengths assessment and document it on the Strengths Assessment template provided, (ii) document two (2) long-term goals that were identified by the consumer, (iii) develop two (2) possible short-term goals to achieve each of the long-term goals, adhering to theSMART short goals formatpresented in the Week three lecture and tutorial, and (iv) refer to peer-reviewed journal articles to analyse the benefits of collaborative strengths assessments as recovery-oriented approach - a minimum of six relevant references, including at least four peer-reviewed journal articles less than eight years old. Grey literature may also be used.A reference list is required, butan introduction and conclusion arenot required.
