Employees must regularly update their knowledge, skills, and work habits, and companies must invest heavily in the development of their human capital to tackle the challenges inherent in 21st-century work careers and organisations.
What makes your chosen topic a HR challenge? In brief basic terms how does it impact the efficiency of a hospitality/tourism organisation?
I found the training and development quite interesting. However, for any organization they must need to provide training for a development and growth of the employment.
