It will include a tool to get self trained with individual login ids. The tools will be designed in such a way that every employee can do it easily, with minimum problems. Also, itd tell the day to say situations and how to handle them. And it will be compulsory for all.

The tool will be all about training and development and the data will be used for personnel development. It would tell the organizations on the weekness of the employees and how can they improve that to be their one of the biggest strengths.

What do I need to focus on to make sure my tool is professional and able to be used within industry?

Because it would be a scope for the development of the employees and could possibly lead to their retention. It would tell the organization on the areas they are lacking sonthat they could work on it.
