Backstory Why are they the way they are? River has lived in her brothers shadow her entire life.

People have used River for her unique abilities.

River and Riders parents left them when they found out they have abilities, their aunt took them in and has raised them since they where younger

She has the abilities of weather manipulation and Kairos was experimented on as a child because of his abilities. He was tortured and looked in empty rooms for days on end.

He killed most of the people who had a hand in torturing him and made the ones he kept alive go through the same thing he did

He met both Rider and River when he had a chance to escape and instead of helping like River wanted to, Rider dragged her back inside saying he smelled like ash and blood. He thought it was both Rider and River who didnt want to help him May had a brother who disappeared when she was younger when he went to find a ball she had lost in the woods. She blames herself.

One time she got really mad at her parents and accidentally cause a tsunami and power outage and killed 109 people.

She only uses them if she really needs them.

What is their goal? Her goal is to somehow prove to her brother that she is a lot stronger then he thinks.

Later on her goal changes to trying to save her brother and May from Kairos.

Her end goal is to save and help protect Kairos from himself His goal is to get revenage on Rider and River for not helping him.

Later on his goal changes to killing both Rider and may and most of the small town.

His end goal is to help River get rid of Linc. Her goal is to find her brother and help River.

Her goal changes into trying to protect Rider from her brother.

Her end goal is to protect River no matter what.

What motivates them to do what they do? She wants to prove that she is stronger then her brother thinks because he babys her.

She wants to keep both May and her brother alive and safe.

She wants to save the broken person who just wanted to get his sister ball from the forest. He felt betrayed in a way and wants them to feel the same pain he had to go through.

When he finds out that River wanted to help him he locks her in a different room and wants both the person who left him and the person who caused his pain to suffer.

He wants to save his sister from Linc. She has always felt as if her brother was alive and wants to apologise and River is her best friend who she loves and wants to see her happy.

She wants both her and Rider to survive.

She wants River to not only prove to herself but also her brother that she is worth more then she knows.

Sizzling start Screams echoed throughout the small room, the smell of blood and burning flesh filling her sense as she heard the loud machine above her hum to life tightening the chains around her already broken and bruised body. She heard the door open and tried her best to hold her head up.

Why are you doing this she whimpers out.

She heard the sound of harsh laughter and felt a cold hand grab her face, she flinched as she felt a cold blade drag across her skin feeling blood being to pool out of her face it. She flinched once more when the person removed the blade, only to bring in down slashing her left eye. She let out a small whimper.

Because I can the person whispered dropping her face.
