Introduction

The primary aim of doing a stakeholder analysis to identify the stakeholders in the organisation and the policies that are related with them. It also helps in increasing the process of knowledge translation into practice and policies. It helps in understanding the responsibilities of the stakeholders in different sectors. In this report, stakeholder analysis of Progimo will be done with supporting data and evidence.

Background

Progimo is an organisation that offers naturopathic therapy. The vision of the organisation is to align human body with their mind and reach the source of the problem. They also focus on providing the knowledge of their practices to their slimes to make them aware of the process their practicing. They want to align to be part of their process and be aware of their shared responsibility in the process of healing. The organisation is partnered with two other companies. They are Jamm Models and Hart Intelligence. Jamm Models is an organisation that provides models of all shapes and sizes. They have provided unified approach towards the modelling industry where they appoints models without being biased. On the other hand, Hart Intelligence is an organisation that helps their clients to find the intelligence in their heart and connect them with themselves. The founder of Progimo and Jamm Models is the same.

Analysis of the stakeholders

A stakeholder analysis usually includes the identification of the stakeholders in an organisation. it is needed to understand the future of the project as it involves the clients are the customers, the people managing the project, the owner, the employees, legal bodies and other partner companies (Serravalle et al 2019).

The users or the customers plays an important role in any organisation as they are the reason for the organisation to operate. Planning, improvisation or changing the business module, it is generally done to provide the customers with better experience (Jayasena et al2019). In Progimo, client involvement is considered to be the most important activity. The organisation considered the involvement of the client should be very important to understand how the organisation carries out their business activities.

The managers play equally important role in the organisation. They are the one to find out the areas of improvement in an organisation that calls for change to the existing system (Rai et al 2018). Progimo always focus on creating an environment of walking that will be beneficial for both the clients and the employees working there.

The owner is the one who has the authority to implement those changes in an organisation. Ginie Monsma the owner of progimo has been working relentlessly to create a health care service that was not only cure the disease but also help the patients to connect to their body and mind simultaneously.

The employees of an organisation are the building rocks without home the organisation becomes non-operative. They are the one who builds a wonderful connection with the clients directly why interacting with them and providing the service they are paying for (Eskerod & Larsen 2018). Upon bringing any changes they are the most responsible person to implement it and create new vision and mission for the organisation. Progimo has appointed exceptional is killed employees to establish the vision and mission of the organisation.

Student organisation it is also important to have legal support. To bring any external changes to the organisation it is needed to inform the legal bodies and governance about it in relevant is a registered organisation which also so has the social responsibility to abide by all the government rules in their operating country (Heslinga et al 2019).

Progimo is also partnered with to other organisations heart intelligence and jam models. A partner company also plays important role in building and shaping the future of an organisation.
