This assessment is designed to assess the knowledge evidence requirements ofHLTCCD003-Use medical terminology in healthcare.
This assessment/workbook is compiled of tables / short questions and will be completed out of class.
This assessment must be downloaded, completed and submitted in the allocated drop box by the due date.
Students should allow approximately 8 hours to prepare, complete and submit this knowledge assessment.
Students must attempt all questions and complete every question in each table. All responses must be in the students own words.
