If your 2nd attempt is unsatisfactory (U), or you fail to attend the scheduled date for a 2nd attempt, you will receive an overall unsatisfactory result for this assessment task. Only one re-assessment attempt may be granted for each assessment task.

Your Supervisor has asked you to conduct some research into the Australian legal system and prepare a report of your findings. The purpose of this report is as a workplace training resource for new paralegals, who will read the report as an introduction to the legal services industry.
Your Supervisor has given you the below table as the content to be covered in your report.
