Take for instance, Out of the Operation issues, let's say an Organisation has 5 major operational problems, first or one out of them is,
Shortage of manpower, then you'd further talk about: main causes of shortage of manpower, major effect on Operation due to man power, how the shortage of man power is not aligning with the strategy of the organisation which might states that "competent, experienced expertise or man power for efficient service delivery then the next point would be " how to bridge the gaps between the strategy and this particular Operation.
