( https://canvas.ou.edu/courses/391230/pages/writing-case-briefs) to guide your assignment drafting process. Your Case Briefs are due by the day before the Live Session at 8:00 PM.
Objectives

Write concise and high-quality summaries for managerial audiences
Directions
Using the Case Brief Template (https://canvas.ou.edu/courses/391230/files/123632509?wrap =1) (https://canvas.ou.edu/courses/391230/files/123632509/download?download_frd=1) , write an organized analysis of the assigned case, Bullwhip Effect in Supply Chains. Use the section headings provided in the template to clearly organize your information. Use bullets, graphics, sub-headings, etc., when appropriate to make the brief easy to follow. Please refrain from quoting the case unless absolutely necessary to make your point. Rather, make the point using your own words, more concisely. As a reminder, please refer to the Writing Case Briefs page for more guidance.
Writing up case briefs is sometimes difficult for students at first. The first key is successfully analyzing cases. Case analysis also helps us to develop an analytical process for approaching business problems so this case brief approach is very specific and the section headings must be followed exactly (if you want full credit) You must have the following headings for each of the following sections:
1. Problem Statement
2. Situation Analysis
3. Recommendation
4. Implementation Plan
