Task details

You will critically review BHPs current strategy, operations, sustainability goals and so on as outlined on its website: HYPERLINK "https://www.bhp.com/about/strategy" t "_blank" Our strategy. Using the learnings from Week 1 and 2, you will critically evaluate how BHPs mission, vision and goals are reflected in its strategy.

You will then identify and assess BHPs core competencies and competitive advantages and how they influence the companys strategy. You are strongly encouraged to use the resource and capability analysis framework we discussed in Week 2, Topic 1.

Finally, you will discuss how sustainability and operating ethically affect the strategic planning process and implementation for BHP.
