I have always been interested in helping others and making a difference in my community. Therefore, Ive decided to pursue a career in nursing so that I could help people on a more personal level. I believe that my life experiences, such as caring for ill family members and working in adult foster care have influenced my interest in nursing and have helped me to develop the skills and qualities that are necessary for success in this field.
What personal qualities do you possess that make you feel you are suited to pursue a career in nursing? (Max 100 words)
I am a compassionate and caring person who is interested in providing care and support to others. I have good communication skills and am able to work well with others. I am also patient and detail-oriented, which I believe are important qualities for a successful nurse. I have a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of others and I believe that nursing is a great way to do that.
How have you dealt with failure in the past? How will you deal with setbacks and/or mistakes when enrolled in the nursing program? (Max 100 words)
I have dealt with failure in the past by trying to learn from my mistakes and using them as an opportunity to grow and improve. I am willing to accept feedback and learn from it in order to become a better nurse. I understand that there will be challenges and setbacks during my nursing career, but I am prepared to face them head-on and learn from them.

(Max 100 words) I believe that teamwork is essential in order to provide the best care possible. By working together, we can share ideas, resources, and skills in order to provide the best possible outcome for our patients. Diversity is also important in order to provide care that is culturally competent and responsive to the needs of our patients.
