Lack of Sleep.

This situation plays a major role in triggering stress. As good sleep is required to function efficiently and to manage daily activities on time and with maximum productivity.

A poor sleep schedule makes me tired and less productive at work and home leading to stress.

oI try to do exercises such as progressive muscle relaxation (Ertekin et al., 2018).

oAs the poor sleep cycle is triggering my stress, I try to take sleep at least 6 hours a day with a positive and peaceful mind. I try to look at things with positivity (Hinwood et al., 2022).

oAlmost all biological tissues are affected by sleep, which provides the body and mind time to heal and recover. Even though my everyday schedule is packed, I always try to maintain my sleep cycle (Stanford, 2020). oProgressive muscle relaxation has long been accepted as an effective evidence-based treatment for insomnia. It is an excellent technique for assisting with physical relaxation as well (Stanford, 2020).

oResearchers prove that proper sleep cycle help eliminates anxiety, and stress, enhances mood, and makes people think positively and with a clear mind (Hinwood et al., 2022).

oIndividuals with a good sleep cycle get along well with their co-workers and family members. It helps in eliminating asthma and heartburn (Hinwood et al., 2022).

Excessive responsibilities, emotional issues, finance issues. As the mother of three, I have to manage my children's education and other responsibilities; the financial crises trigger stress in my personality. These issues made me emotionally weak. Moreover, I have to handle the responsibilities of work and home, which sometimes triggers anxiety and stress and makes me upset about every little inconvenience that happens to me. oIntake of a healthy diet and nutrition will be beneficial in performing all the responsibilities efficiently and smoothly. For self-care, I need to improve the intake of my diet, as diet and nutrition have an effect on practically every aspect of our health (Ertekin et al., 2018).

oThe increment of nutrition in the diet will make the body active and will help in performing daily routine tasks. oNumerous diseases, such as diabetes, obesity, and conditions linked to diabetes, such as heart disease and stroke, have been linked to eating a healthy, balanced diet and this can reduce stress. Numerous studies have linked food to mental health, and some diets may even be associated with decreased rates of anxiety and depression (Hinwood et al., 2022).

oA balanced diet helps maintain a strong immune system and supports cell healing. It provides you with the extra energy you require to handle challenging circumstances (Pennington, 2020). Vegetables and diets rich in polyunsaturated fats, especially omega-3 fats, may help to regulate cortisol levels, according to early research.

Lack of confidence in decision-making in my workplace.

oSeek things with a positive perspective and from every angle possible. Break down the work structure. Try to explore different opportunities and so on (Olvera et al., 2019).

oStrong decision-making and limiting the options help the person in reducing stress. Study proves that when an individual is faced with an almost unlimited amount of options, eliminate some of them until you are left with only a few. First, establish precise criteria to reduce your options, and this will enhance your confidence and productivity, help in achieving your goals, and thus reduces stress (Ertekin et al., 2018).
