A brief description of the digital transformation technology in terms of what it is and why you are proposing this specific technology for digital transformation. All the key components/features/applications of the technology need to be linked with the case study.
Key issues addressed
Students can use any of the strategic management framework to contextualise the key issues and to build key argument in the report for digital transformation. You need to evaluate the application of the selected framework in terms of how it builds and complements the key argument in the report and how it links with digital innovation.
Justification of strategic actions selected
Justification of strategic actions is about justifying and explaining how key features/applications/components of the selected technology and the strategic management framework/model are useful in addressing the key issues.
The value proposition for adoption
Value proposition needs to be explained from digital transformation perspective, i.e. what is the value proposition of the selected technology and how it aligns with or improves case study organisation value discipline. Students should use the selected framework(s) to explain the value proposition. The main purpose of digital transformation is to gain competitive advantage.
Roadmap for deployment
The roadmap for deployment is a set of strategic actions that defines the goal or desired outcome of the strategic plan and includes the major steps/phases or milestones needed to reach it. The roadmap for deployment should capture the core initiatives necessary to effectively implement the proposed strategic plan. For specifics of the roadmap, students can give details of the phases of the strategic plan implementation. The goal is to explain how the case study organisation will reach the target state. Also, what approach will be taken implement the strategic plan.
CONCLUSION (200 words)
This is where you summarise what you did and conclude the report. The key here is to make your conclusions attractive and interesting to read.
