About the role
- The Project Engineer is to significantly assist in providing engineering and delivery expertise in the design, fabrication, installation, commissioning and construction of the project.
- Liaise with Project Manager to ensure the Project is on schedule & with all stakeholders on all relevant technical aspects of the project.
- Participating in design reviews in a collaborative team environment & make recommendations
- Be the focal point for all technical related support
About You
- You will thrive in a technical environment, and able to solve a problem.Ideally you will have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience with the Rail Signalling Industry - ESSENTIAL
- Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering (Mech or Elec.) at degree level will be preferred but not essential
- Queensland Rail Engineering Statement of Competency will be preferred but not essential
- Experience in reviewing design documentation, providing constructive critic ('constructability' input) and implementing final designs.
- Australian C Class Driver's License
