Network details
Provide a summary of the details of the network you will be managing, for example, include the type of network and topology, devices attached and other relevant details. Work details
Outline the details of the work as relevant to managing the network. As a minimum this must include:
scope of the work to completed
timelines within which the work must be completed
budget allocated
procedures to be followed, including security arrangements
issues/problems that the client has flagged with the network including complaints
planned network strategy. Legislation, codes, regulations and standards
