Task 1On a website like this, we may indeed expect to receive the following information whilst browsing for a hotel:
1) We must be aware of the water and electrical connections before renting a home. The whole range of heating and cooling choices should be disclosed. It would be good if we can rent a hotel room or apartment after knowing about the facilities such as gym, swimming pool, if pets are allowed or not, if we can have friends come over for study, and so on.
2) Everyone should be informed of the availability of nearby hospitals, retail centers, and educational institutions. Everyone must be aware of the services listed above. In addition to those services, if we are well informed about popular or unpopular landmarks, parks, beaches, entertainment centers, etc. around the location, then it would help students to get a fruitful break from studies.
Since us developers require high-speed internet connectivity for our day-to-day work, details about telecommunication and internet services should also be provided.
Task 2The following three more reports might help with corporate decision-making:
1) To help us give the desired results to each user in their neighborhood, geographic location should be utilized to filter out user data. Locations of rental properties will be made public, and only those near the user will be shown. In this way users can freely choose locations from anywhere and be able to pre book hotels and apartments for their convenience.
2) The other report must provide information on the user category. For instance, what kind of housing are students looking for? Which types of houses would a married couple prefer? What kind of facilities does the user want? How much rent pricing can they afford? By using machine learning and artificial intelligence, a website may create predictions based on the user's categorization, making it easy for a website to exclude specific houses depending on user preferences.
3) We can get information on the locations where most people seek for rental services. We may further connect with a rising number of rental house providers in the most in-demand location by being aware of it.
Task 3.1As it is, the company primarily targets college and university students who cannot or dont want to reside in hostels, compelling or willing to live off-campus in boarding houses, flats, and other lodgings. The company may also target other students who are getting ready for examinations or anything similar and must travel interstate. They can also provide students with flight tickets to do back and forth between their home countries and country they are studying. Furthermore, they can also add cheap flight and hotels advertisement for students who want to visit other countries on vacation.
Task3.2The two most important restricted functions for the user we previously addressed are given below.
A. Select the Region or use the region or area filters to narrow down the options. This may be accomplished by utilizing a filter or a map that displays the locations of the available rental properties.
B. Information on the kind of room and amenities provided by the establishment, such as if it is a single or shared room, how many people will be sharing it, the food availability, if it has an attached bath, internet connectivity, housekeeping services, whether the room has a cooler or air conditioner, etc. They may also add if the building is facilitated with swimming pool, gym, if the building management allows pets or not, and so on.
Task 4Because clients and users will see how information is displayed, as well as UI/UX, etc., among other things, the presentation layer is the only one of the three layers that is client-side. The customer will log in and peruse the options.
The data persistence layer, in contrast, is admin (server)-side; for instance, the server controls the database, distributes the data throughout the server or website, tells the client of their actions, and finally shows the results. The server will pick the data from the Data Persistence Layer based on the input when a user chooses to filter options based on a location or pin code.
The business of advertiser logic layer acts as a bridge between the data layer and the display layer, which isn't the least important function. In the same example as earlier, the data persistence layer will deliver the data, but the business logic layer will choose and map the data with the input.
