To do so, you must complete the following activities:

Activity 3: Implement a complete workplace health and safety (WHS) system
Scenario:
The management wants you to implement a work health and safety (WHS) system to ensure that they remain compliant with the WHS legislation and regulatory requirements, standards and codes.
They have allocated you with the responsibility to implement the work health and safety (WHS) system.
Activity:
This activity requires you to implement a work health and safety (WHS) system. Your trainer/assessor will observe you performing this activity.
To do so, you are required to conduct a safety audit at the workplace/simulated environment prepared by the training organisation. The inspection must be conducted in accordance with the WHS system prepared in Activity 2.
During the audit, you are required to check if the arrangements given in the checklist are in accordance with the WHS system prepared.
If the arrangements are in accordance with the checklist provided, you must place a tick mark against each arrangement.
If the arrangement does not comply with the WHS system prepared, you must write a comment in column 2 of the checklist.
Once the inspection is complete, you must obtain a sign-off from the trainer/assessor.

Scenario:
The owner of the workplace wants you to ensure that the employees of the company are aware of the work health and safety system developed to ensure compliance with the WHS legislation and regulatory requirements, standards and codes.
They have asked you to arrange a health and safety meeting.

This activity requires you to arrange a health and safety meeting. The following will be the participants of the meeting:

The health and safety representatives (HSRs) role will be allocated to the staff members/students.
Before the meeting, you need to:
