What is a 'critical reflection'?
A critical reflection involves a reflecting on behaviours related to yourself and others, where you make a thoughtful and informed adjustment to your own behaviours based on your understanding of relevant organisational behaviour concepts.
Ideally you should select a behaviour of a colleague, manager, or employee, where you have needed to adjust your own behaviour in some way, to perform your role satisfactorily.
You need to use OB concepts/theories/frameworks you have learnt in this course to describe and explain the identified behaviour, your response, and your intended future actions.
Task Instructions
To do this task, you need to:
Identifya behaviour of someone in the workplace that you found confusing, difficult to understand, or frustrating.(This is your I noticed statement)

2. How to write a critical reflection
How to Write Reflexively
Use the following formula to help you write a reflective (reflexive) statement about how you learnt from your own and others' behaviour.
It can be challenging to explain why you do what you do. The following formula might help when reflecting on your and others' behaviour:
