The overuse of the overhead results in the increase in the expenses that are less than the ELITEX company accounts for and also negatively impacts the budget of the company (Tuovila, 2022). This means that the organization has to utilize the resources not in the budget and the achievement of the lower amount of overhead cost.

The missed rent, utility payments, even the salaries and the incentives of the employees can impact the smooth running of the business operations that can have a negative profitability within the business.

Solution to bridge gap

The company should organize the spending and consult the budget. The use of facilities like cloud computing, video call services that are free, and telecommuting if possible should be taken up by the company.

2. Monitoring the performanceMain cause

In the absence of the performance monitoring, the understanding of the employees problem and pointing out the area that are suffering due to the unfair performance of the employees can be seen (ELITEX, 2019). The negligence of the managers can result in the low monitoring of the employee performances that can impact the ELITEX organization.

Impact on the operation

The low or no monitoring of the performance by the managers can result in the inappropriate understanding of the poor performance of the employees. This can impact the productivity of the employees which will reduce the profitability of the company.

Solution to bridge gap (strategy)

A detailed set of performance indicators should be set up within the company that will give a clear idea about the team as well as business performance.

3. Feedback

Main cause

The main cause of not paying attention to feedback is that not taking into account the needs and the demands of the customers, the loss of the customer base can be expected (Black, 2017).

Impact on the operation

In the absence of the feedback and no integration of customer demands can affect the company ELITEX in a negative way that will result in the poor performance of the company.

Solution to bridge gap (strategy)

Investment should be done for hiring a consultant who can help in the monitoring of the comments that can be useful for the purpose of feedback (Tofler, 2022).

4. Cyber risksMain Causes

Due to the lack of security assistance to protect the organization from the cyber risks and the unauthorized access always increase the cyber risk in the organization. The systems vulnerabilities are also the reason of cyber risks.

Major Effect on Operation

Due to the cyber risk the business comes under the cyber attack that damages the reputational value of the organization (Beers, 2022). The higher costs from the operational loss disrupt the business practices.

How to Bridge the gap (strategy)

By providing the training to the employees and by accepting the different approaches regarding the cyber security risk like different policies, security tools that may help the organization.

5. Cash flowMain Causes

The main causes of cash flow in an organization are low profit or the losses of the organization ELITEX. The over investment too much stock is also the reason of cash flow in an organization.

Major Effect on Operation

The cash flow effects the growth of the ELITEX Company (Freshbooks, 2022). The cash flow also affects the economy of an organization. Due to the cash flow the organization also faces the barriers in their reputation growth.

How to Bridge the gaps (strategy)

The organization needs to set a plan and budget for overcome the risk factors due to the cash flow. The organization should look into the different apps that can calculate the budgets and also calculate the automated bill payments.
