Using the HIA Student Accommodation Plan Packs supplied, assess the building for compliance against NCC/BCA requirements for multiple class buildings of type B construction and create a compliance report, addressing points 4.1 to 4.8.

For each of the responses, identify the Section/Clause, figure and table where applicable in the NCC/BCA that identifies the requirements.

Where items are found to be compliant, write a detailed description of how the items satisfy the requirements.

Where items are found to be non-compliant, write a detailed description changes that can be made to meet compliance.

Mark the drawings to show the recommended changes and indicate on the drawings how the changes meet compliance.
