Design commercial Project
Task instructions:
You have been tasked with selecting a suitable project from the tendering website Estimate One:
Your brief:
Select a commercial construction project which has a minimum of 1000m2 gross floor area. The height of the building is to be no greater than 3 stories. As you will be required to work in a collaborative team during construction, your final submission may not be accepted by the board to progress through to construction.
The final selection will be made by the construction team of which you will be part. Weekly reporting is required to your direct supervisor.
