Scenario Your manager was impressed with your presentation material you created in Assessment 1 and thinks it would be a good idea to develop some more informative material for visitors to the companys new website. Your manager would like some visual content to describe the tender process and a profile for each of the stakeholders in the tender process.
Task 1: The tender process Create a visual timeline to provide your companys clients with an overview of the tendering process to explain:
the tender steps from beginning to save tenders
the purpose of each step relevant tender documents for each step
relevant legislation that will be accessed in each step.
Your timeline should include: visual content such as images and graphics to support the information links to external websites for supporting documentation. [Task 1 total: 60 marks]
Task 2: The people involved in the tender process Use the presentation format from Assessment 1 to create a profile for each of the stakeholders in the tender process. Include one introduction slide to identify all the stakeholders, and one slide for each stakeholder to discuss:
their role
their obligations in the tender process
one contextualised example of each stakeholder role
