2. Discuss the etiology, clinical features and syndromes if any associated with the following;
a. Cleft lip and palate and its variations, Microstomia and Macrostomia.
b. Microglossia, Macroglossia, Ankyloglossia, Cleft tongue and Median rhomboid glossitis.
