• Draw explicitly on course material in a variety of ways from both the speakers as well as the case studies and readings (up to 30% of mark)
• Discuss your learnings from your interactions with South African companies during the module (up to 15% of mark)
• Be specific to the organizational role that you play or will play (i.e., dont design the plan from the point of view of the CEO if you are not the CEO) (up to 10% of mark)
• Be eminently realistic and practical you should be able to act on it immediately (up to 15% of mark)
