For this task, you are going to compare:

• He overall number of fatal crashes in the City of Casey
• The number of fatalities involving young drivers
• An inner city/suburban LGA
• A rural LGA

Once on the above site, select the Interactive crashstats application link and then select Crash Statistics

On the right hand side, under the LGAs drop down menu, unselect All and select only Casey.

Using the Number of Crashes table, create a line graph of the number of crashes that lead to fatalities from 2012 through to 2017.

Now, change the Age Group to 18-25 year old drivers. Graph the number of crashes from 2012 to 2017 on the same graph using a different colour.

The next comparison data we are going to add is from an inner city/suburban local government. Choose one of the following LGAs to add to your graph:

• Frankston

• Knox
• Melbourne
• Monash
• Port Phillip

Now we have looked at suburban areas, you need to look at rural areas. Add one of the following to your line graph:
