Task Overview:
You will develop up to a 2000 word written reflective report by applyingcritical reflection on the skills to learn from teamwork and workplace practice.
You will critically analyse how teams work and how well this contributes to the success or not of teamwork, workplace practices and the achievement of team goals. You will identify key insights and learnings gained through working in a team and a workplace and assess specific ways to improve the effectiveness of self and/or teams engaging in future teamwork.
You need to undertake areflective evaluation of the team process,and ofyour own contribution to the team process.This includes examining team processes, roles and dynamics and how these could be improved. It also includes examining what you contributed, what you learnt from the process, and how your contribution to that process could have been improved.
