Part 1: Presentation using PanoptoVideo
Topic:Identify and explain a specific hazard discussed in the Week 6 tutorial on the case study of Lewis Blackman. Select one relevant NSQHS Standard and analyse how implementing this standard could have mitigated the identified hazard. Discuss how applying the standard could have improved patient care outcomes, using examples such as patient advocacy, patient safety reporting, to support your explanation.
Ensure your response includes:
- A clear identification and explanation of the hazard. (Must be linked to the case study).
- A brief introduction to the NSQHS standards.
- A detailed description of the chosen NSQHS Standard.
- An analysis of how the standard could have prevented the hazard and contributed to improved patient outcomes.

- Include in-text references on the slides (use a smaller font size, such as 8-9).
- Provide an end-text reference list in APA 7 format.
- Use a minimum of5 peer-reviewed references, published within the last seven years.
- Include theNSQHS Standards, but note these arenot countedas part of the 5 peer-reviewed references.
- Slide Design:
- Use a minimum font size of24-point(Arial or Times New Roman).
- Follow the5x5 rule: include no more thanfive points per slideand no more than25 words per slide.
- Use clear headings to indicate the focus of each slide.
