MGT400 Change Management and Organisational Behaviour |

Unit Description |
This unit introduces individual behaviour, group behaviours, organizational behaviour and change management. It includes developing people skills in students by highlighting the constraints that the present- day managers and emerging executives face while managing stakeholders and managing change within teams, formal and informal groups. The unit focusses on developing advanced communication and change management skills required for stakeholder and executive level reporting. Students will develop knowledge and skills to identify issues and analyse the situation with an eye for resolving problems with an overview of acts relating to employer relations. It will develop them to make effective and ethical decisions to resolve people-related issues, facilitate employee development and sustain effective teams in complex and diverse global operating environments with ethical considerations. |

Late Penalties
The submission date is then checked against the assessment deadline requirement. As a general rule, penalties will only apply:
- For every one 1 day (2 to 24 hours) of submission after deadline, minus 10% of the total marks allocated to the assessment will be applied as late penalty.

Word Count Penalties
As a general rule, word count penalties will only apply:
- on anything within +/- 10% of the word limit no penalty is
- on anything more than +/- 20% of the word limit, a penalty of 5% of the total marks allocated to the assessment will be applied for every 20% (or part thereof) over the stated word limit.
