It can also help people improve the skill of critical thinking which is important in every field. It can also help to avoid people's simplistic view of difficult issues and consider various perspectives. In professional development, resilience is important because it helps people to setbacks. In the workplace, it helps employees manage stress that can help staff manage stress that is work-related. It also helps to overcome challenges of employees and it increases job satisfaction and engagement. In this course, I identified a communication skill that needs improvement which is conflict management skill. Conflict management skill is the use of skills, and procedures to search creatively, and the way of respectfulness to handle problems and disputes. Some essential conflict management skills are Active listening skills: active management skills are that I have to be attentive to what the other person says (Folger, Poole & Stutman, 2021). This is the initial step to problem-solving. Emotional intelligence: emotional intelligence is that I have to be aware of expression and control my emotions to handle relation with justice. This can help to understand the perspective of other people. Empathy: Empathy is basically the ability to understand others' feelings including their point of motivation, pain, ambitions, and needs. By asking questions to others I can develop my empathy and also give feedback from my mates. Problem-solving: For searching for creative solutions, listening, and accessing possible solutions I can apply this problem-solving skill. I have to improve the above skills.

For professional practices, this conflict management skill is important because it can help to create an environment of work that is positive, develop productivity, and decrease turnover of employees. When conflicts are mismanaged, they can rapidly increase into wider issues that can impact negatively the organization (Ariani, 2024). When the conflicts are resolved efficiently, employees can retrieve work and add value to the consumer. Conflict management skills are important for professional practices because they promote collaboration: conflict management inspires teamwork and collaboration by resolving problems. Professionals who evaluate strong resolution of conflict can ease communication and promote a cooperation culture. From personal experiences and academic literature, effective conflict skills are efficient for positive relationships, resolving problems, and within the organization in promoting collaboration.

Strength in Communication

In this course, a strength Identified that is I am a quite good listener. My strength in communication skills that I recognize is my listening skills. From my supervisor, I have received feedback that I am a good listener and I listen carefully and well to consumers. This skill is a communication skill that helps me to understand, translate, and assess what I hear. Listening skills can improve my personal interaction by decreasing my problems, gaining cooperation, and improving my level of understanding (Qurbonboyev, Mamatov & Abduraxmanova, 2023). There are three types of listening skills that I observed. The first one is Active listening skill, that is, I have the ability to listen carefully to the speaker and understand the thing that the speaker is saying, and also I respond exactly. The skills use both techniques that are verbal and nonverbal techniques to be visible. I am paying attention. For the active listening skill, I can easily eye contact with the speaker and face them, I always stay focused, avoid interruptions, etc. I also have another listening skill, reflective listening skill, that is I have the ability to understand the feelings of another person by reflecting on them. Importance of listening skills for professional practice: listening skill helps to understand what other people are saying. Listening skills can help to avoid mistakes. Building relationships is another important aspect of listening skills for professional practice. Listening also helps to solve problems in professional practice.

In my role, I found that this effective listening skill is building belief. When I guide someone via a project that is challenging (Kluger & Itzchakov, 2022). Instead of solution-giving, I took the time to listen positively to their ideas. This is to increase our working skills and increase our confidence and also strengthen our relationship leading to good outcomes.

That is it enhances the self-awareness that is vital to self-reflection and inspires individuals to evaluate their behavior, feelings, and thoughts. By becoming more concerned about their trust, strengths, and weaknesses, each of the people becomes more concerned about understanding how they answer to challenges. Recognizing coping procedures that are by self-reflection detects each and every person to recognize their coping procedure and assess the effectiveness of controlling stress. Self-reflection is important for mental well-being. Self-reflection can improve future performance. Self-reflection can help to achieve goals.

Emotional well-being that is it reduces our depression, anxiety, etc. It is important for personal as well as professional settings. Communication skills help to increase our self-confidence. This gives us positivity for our mental health.
