• Yanik is a musician in the state orchestra. He grew up in a very strict family where he was told that he was not good enough, and where he was continually anxious trying to meet his parents’ high standards. He did not form friendships easily at school, as other students, particularly male students, sneered at his musical talent
• As a young adult, Yanik separated from his parents and limited his contact mostly to family Even though he feels quite happy with what he has achieved, he sometimes struggles to make ends meet and he still feels disappointed with his parents.
