Task 2 25 Marks

Discuss the significance of Purchasing and Procurement in the over-all performance of a business. (400 words)

MO3: To understand material sourcing, vendor evaluation and selection.

Task 3 20 Marks

Identify 2 key criteria of selecting suppliers for the manufacturing industry. How do you manage supplier performance and relationships to ensure a win-win situation for business success (400 words)
