Reserve Bank governorMichele Bullock is trying to get a grip on inflation without crashing the economy into recession.
Using a relevant economic model/theory, explain why the Reserve Bank of Australia increased the cash rate in 2023 and evaluate the effectiveness of this change in monetary policy stance.
