  4. Conduct a visit to the publicly accessible areas of the institutions and observe the environment and interactions, focusing on areas where survivors may receive care.
  5. Review relevant publicly available documents, such as policies, procedures, training materials, and support resources for survivors. If you cannot find any, try contacting the organisation and ask for their TIC standards.
  6. Analyse your collected data to identify strengths and areas for improvement in the institutions adherence to TIC standards related to family and domestic violence, sexual assault and trauma.
  7. Compare your findings with the established criteria.
  8. Write a comprehensive report detailing your findings. Include the following sections:
