Staff Roster Submission and Evaluation Tasks
Task 1: Submit three different completed staff rosters for three different roster period as per assessment instructions provided.
Provide evidence of consulting with at least two colleagues for input on rosters to be developed vias one of these: email correspondence, meeting minutes of video recording.
Task 2: Draft an email correspondence for presenting the rosters to all the relevant members. Also attach completed and signed Task 2 observation Form.
Task 3: Submit roster record report template providing all the details as per assessment instruction.
Task 4: Submit completed Roster Evaluation Report for each roster providing all the details as per assessment instruction. Also attach completed and signed Task 4 observation Form. Either draft an email correspondence or provided meeting minutes of taking appropriate action to improve rosters and the roster development process.
