The Covid-19 pandemic has caused tremendous disruption in lives and in business, and the human resources function is the key to catalyzing changes in the workplace. In wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, the top management in your organisation has decided to implement a one-year work-from-home policy. Given the fact that there will be no employees physically present in the organisation, this policy change will have an impact on different HRM practices within your organisation. - Evaluate any TWO leadership theories and discuss their application in context of your organisation. Also, propose the best/most suited leadership style for your chosen organisational development. (20 marks)
- Critically analyse the factors driving change and apply any TWO change management models to your organisation, and strategies to overcome resistance. Develop a change management implementation plan along with a communication plan to address the new work-from-home policy. (30 marks)
- Provide overall recommendations and final conclusion to be given for the chosen organisation. (10 marks)
