Task Summary
Agile teams and agile ways of working are becoming more prevalent in workplaces, and it is likely that you will be a part of an agile team in your career. However, agile is very different from the more traditional waterfall project management practice. This assessment will ensure that you are wellversed in the philosophies and practices associated with Agile so that you have sufficient knowledge to join an Agile team or implement Agile practices in your future career.

o Slide 1 A description of what your selected digital product is.
o Slide 2 The first version of your product vision statement.
o Slide 3 The list of features present in the first release of your product.
o Slide 4 The list of enhancements your group plans to make to your product, after the first release.
o Slide 5 The sequence in which your group plans to release your future enhancements (note this will become the product roadmap and release plan later, but you need to start thinking about this early so that it is easy to shape these into a roadmap and release plan when we cover those concepts later).
